Intonation Project Book 1: Mozart Symphonies (created by Daniel Chiva Sanz)
About the Intonation Project
I created this book to reinvent how you practice intonation. Intonation is crucial for success as a musician, and many factors affect it in our playing. When I started taking professional auditions, I was surprised that no specific method books focused on intonation. This book provides various sets of exercises for each Mozart excerpt and introduces a new approach to mastering intonation.
The core idea is to give your hand time to play in tune and for you to listen and internalize the sound of a note in tune. Since the main focus is intonation, you should have already learned the excerpts before using these exercises to perfect your intonation. After mastering these exercises, you can refine your skills by working on sound production, style, dynamics, and more.

Videos and Other Tools
Additionally, I have created a series of videos that include drones and metronomes for each exercise at multiple speeds. Playing along with these videos is highly beneficial because it improves your intonation and your ability to listen and tune. In this case, you'll tune with a drone, but in a real musical context, you would tune with a section or a stand partner. The videos can be found on the YouTube channel named Intonation Project.
I hope this book is as helpful to you as it was for me!
