About the Arrangement

All parts are in first position. Each part plays the same melody, harmony, and bass line once (makes rehearsal easy!) at different times. The arrangement includes optional open string part for new players.

About the Arranger

Maria Gramelspacher is a professional bassist and studio teacher based in Louisville, Kentucky. Maria has a bachelor’s degree in music performance from Middle Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in music performance with a concentration in string pedagogy from the University of Louisville.

Maria has performed with orchestras including the Jackson Symphony, Illinois Symphony, and Huntsville Symphony. She has a studio of around twenty bass students from beginners to adult learners who play in colleges, community orchestras, and All State orchestras.
